We needed a “stat” inspection and service on our Septic system after experiencing slow drainage of the shower, toilet gurgles and some back “pooling” of the kitchen sink (those early warnings that no one wants to have or see!) Bruce Septic not only came out and prioritized our service the day of calling them, but they identified the problem quickly (rodded the clog) and pumped out to ensure we maintain a healthy septic tank and field. Tracy was so kind and helpful in scheduling and going out of her way to prioritize our issue. Chris and Kenny were so awesome, identified the issue quickly, and did their job well (and had a great attitude, too!) They were caring and professional from start to finish. They truly treated us like family and took the time to figure out what was actually causing the problem instead of jumping straight to the most expensive option.
We had been told we might need a whole new field, but they properly diagnosed the issue and what could have been a $16,000 repair turned into $1,600. We are so incredibly grateful for their honesty and integrity.
