I can’t thank Bruce Septic enough for their professionalism in handling our septic needs. Our septic tank is an older unit but is in very good condition according to Jim and is buried more than three feet below ground to the top of lid. Although our septic tank is too deep to dig by shovel in which Bruce Septic does not dig by shovel below a particular threshold technicians Jim and Kenny were polite enough to assist in locating our 10ft X 6ft septic tank with a soil probe so that my wife and I were able to accomplish the task of excavating the soil with a tractor loader, pickaxe, spade shovels, frequent watering of the soil, periodic breaks in between the work and a whole lot of coffee consumption. This is one rough task digging a hole like this without having proper machinery. I made contact with Tracey at Bruce Septic to advise that the septic tank is finally accessible in which Tracey immediately returned my call to get us back on the schedule within 5 business days. Jim and Kenny cleaned our literally jam packed septic tank out which took nearly an hour and a half to two hours due to the amount of compressed stuff inside of the tank. Additionally, we were given tips on how to maintain our septic tank as well. Jim and Kenny are definitely employees you want to hang to for several reasons: - Professionalism - Prompt Service - Technician Went Above And Beyond Work Scope Expectations - Personable - Great Attitudes (This is very important) Tracey was also fantastic as she was very responsive and proactive in ordering a three foot riser for our system so that we will not have to dig out this system again in near future. Thank You to the all team members that I have dealt with at Bruce Septic for the above mentioned comments, for always showing up when scheduled and for the five star service. 🇺🇸🤠👍🏻
